Yoga & Whiskey

Where: Sagamore Spirit Distillery (301 E Cromwell St, Baltimore, MD 21230)

When: July 29th; 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Price: $20

First, learn how Sagamore Spirit makes their award-winning whiskey on a “sneak peek" tour. Then, roll out your mat for a yoga class surrounded by the aromas of the distillery. Mrs. Houdini: The Woman Behind the Magician

Where: Jewish Museum of Maryland (15 Lloyd St, Baltimore, MD 21202)

When: July 29th; 1:00 p.m.

Price: Adult $10 / Child $4 / Senior $8 / Student $6

Hear Victoria Kelly, author of “Mrs. Houdini,” speak about the life of Harry Houdini’s wife and the magician’s assistant Bess. A ticket to the program also grants admission to the new exhibit: Inescapable: The Life and Legacy of Harry Houdini. For details click here.

 

Fredrick Road Fridays

Where: The Shops at Mellor (15 Mellor Ave Catonsville, MD 21228)

When: Fridays; Broadcast: 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.

                             Concert: 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Puppy Days of Summer Block Party

Where: Outside Creative Alliance (3134 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224)

When: August 4th; 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Celebrate man’s best friend at this free community block party! Bring your dog to play with tennis balls, toys, doggy pools, a doggy obstacle course, and, of course, TONS of treats.
